Satan's Plan
Who is ruler of this world?
Jesus said that his Kingdom was not of this world. He clearly made a distinction between his Kingdom and the kingdom of the world. (John 18:36)
While we are sleeping, Satan is advancing his kingdom right under our noses and he never sleeps!
John 12:31 NKJV
Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.
1 John 5:19 NKJV
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.
Who is supposed to rule this world?
Genesis 1:26 NKJV
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
[Man was created to rule over the whole earth under God's reign. Today, people rule under Satan's reign].
Satan also brought Racial Hatred and this can only be gone through Christ.
Who is Satan?
Genesis 3:1 ~ NJKV
Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.
Revelation 12:7-9 NKJV
And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
What does Satan do?
Satan cannot create anything. He can only take what was already created by God to copy, distort, defile, distort and destroy.
2 Corinthians 4:4 NKJV
[Blinds the minds of people]
whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Satan is advancing his Kingdom

The Galatian believers had become fascinated by the false teacher's arguments, almost as though they had been bewitched. Magic was common in Paul's day (Acts 8:9-11; 13:6, 7). Magicians used both optical illusions and Satan's power to perform miracles, and people were drawn into the magician's mysterious rites without recognizing their dangerous source.

Satan means "the accuser". He is also called the devil.
In the Resurrection, Christ was victorious over Satan and his power. Therefore, Jesus Christ is the permanent ruler of the whole world; Satan is only the temporary ruler of the world and those that choose to follow him.
When we choose Christ as our Saviour and Lord, we are no longer from this world. We are seated next to Christ and live in His Kingdom here on earth. We are no longer citizens of this world but we have citizenship in Christ's Kingdom that is not of this world. We should then not be ruled by Satan and evil and sin, but by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us and lives through us.
We, therefore, need to look like we are from another place and Kingdom. We need to think, act, and speak differently. It needs to be seen that we are from another Kingdom. If we just blend in and compromise all the time we will not stand out as Christ's followers and citizens.
